Areas of Expertise & Focus
Strategy Is About Seeing the Whole Picture.
I'm an operator and advisor on the India–UAE/GCC corridor, based in Dubai. I help Indian businesses and founders go global: choosing and entering the right market, building a brand that travels, shaping a go-to-market that fits the new market, and using AI-led marketing to move faster with lean teams.
I lead a Dubai-based cross-border advisory covering India, the GCC, the UK and Africa, and I've built ventures in consulting, AI-led branding and production, organic food and education. So the advice comes from an operator who has had to make these calls with his own money and teams, not only from the outside.
01
Market Entry
Pick the right market first. Then enter it on purpose.
Most expansion mistakes are made before anyone lands in Dubai: the wrong market, the wrong structure, or a timeline built on assumptions nobody tested.
We work through which GCC market fits your product and stage, what the entry structure should look like, what it will really cost, and what has to be true on the ground for the first twelve months to work.
- Market selection across the UAE and wider GCC
- Entry structure and sequencing
- Local partners, distribution and first customers
- Realistic budgets and milestones
02
Branding
A brand that works in Hyderabad will not automatically work in Dubai.
Positioning that earned trust at home often needs rework for a new buyer, a new price point and a new set of competitors.
We decide what the brand should stand for in the new market, what to keep, what to drop, and how the story gets told so it travels without losing what made it work.
- Positioning for a new market and buyer
- Brand story, messaging and identity direction
- Founder and leadership brand
- B2B and D2C brand strategy
03
Go-to-Market
Build the go-to-market for the new market, not a copy of the old one.
Channels, pricing, sales cycles and partner expectations change when you cross a border. The playbook that won at home is a starting point, not the plan.
We shape who you sell to first, through which channels and partners, at what price, and how you will know within a quarter whether it's working.
- Ideal customer and first segments
- Channel, distributor and partner strategy
- International pricing
- Launch plan and early metrics
04
AI-Led Marketing
Lean teams can now move like big ones, if the workflow is set up right.
AI is most useful in marketing when it's built into how content, campaigns and research actually get made, not bolted on as a novelty.
We set up practical AI-led workflows for content, creative production, research and campaign iteration, so a small team can test more, ship faster and keep the brand consistent across markets.
- AI-assisted content and creative production
- Faster campaign testing and iteration
- Market and competitor research workflows
- Keeping brand voice consistent at speed
Working Together
How an Engagement Works
Every business has different constraints. The shape of the work follows the problem, not a fixed package.
- 01
First conversation
We talk through where you are, where you want to go, and whether I'm the right person to help. No preparation needed beyond honest context.
- 02
Diagnose
I look at the business, the market and the plan as they really are, and identify the few decisions that matter most.
- 03
Plan
We agree a focused plan: priorities, sequencing, owners and what success looks like in the first months.
- 04
Build & execute
Depending on what you need, I stay involved as an advisor alongside your team or work hands-on with it to put the plan into motion.
- 05
Review & adjust
We check progress against what we agreed, keep what's working and change what isn't.
Every business has different constraints and opportunities.
The objective is not to apply the same solution everywhere. It is to develop an approach appropriate to the business, market, and available resources.
